Job summary

Electra Lifts is seeking a Service/Repair Technician to join our Mascot, NSW team, ensuring safe and reliable operation of customer lifts and equipment.

You will be supported by a structured service team, have access to training, and enjoy a competitive EBA package with a tool of trade provided. A current Australian driver's license and relevant trade certification are required for the role.

Qualifications

• Hold a current Australian driver's license.
• Have an Electrical trade license or relevant trade certification.
• Previous experience within the Lift industry is required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine service and maintenance in accordance with procedures, technical manuals, and safety standards.
• Attend lift breakdowns promptly and carry out necessary repairs.
• Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to uphold our strong customer service culture.
• Complete service reports, Job Hazard Forms, and track service activities accurately.
• Identify and recommend upgrade opportunities that may attract incentive payments for technicians.
