Job summary

Aristocrat is seeking a Customer Support Representative to respond to calls and emails from our Service line and to create and allocate service jobs to the nationwide Service Technicians.

You will update and monitor field service jobs in Salesforce, provide key metric reports for customers, and monitor our call system. The role offers a hybrid work arrangement with 3 days in Greystanes office and 2 from home.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service role.
• Call centre experience will be highly regarded.
• Able to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Experience using Salesforce would be highly regarded.
• Ability to think on your feet and learn quickly.
• You are a team player in a collaborative fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and respond to emails from the service line and create subsequent job requests efficiently.
• Create and allocate service jobs through Salesforce to the relevant field technician.
• Close off tasks and finished jobs daily and ensure any relevant information is captured.
• Reporting and monitoring of service calls, open call reports, and contract reports.
• Update customer database to maintain accurate information.
• Follow up and report job status to the customer as required.
