REA Group in Sydney is seeking a Customer Support Consultant to join our high-performing Customer Group. You will be the frontline for customers, handling inquiries via phone, email and web chat, using Zendesk, Slack and Salesforce to deliver timely, empathetic solutions.

Qualifications

• 1+ years’ experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
• Strong technical proficiency with multiple systems while handling calls.
• Experience in real estate roles is a bonus.
• Ability to deliver service that promotes customer loyalty and advocacy.

Responsibilities

• Resolve issues with customers via phone, email and web chat in an empathetic, professional and timely manner.
• Be digitally-savvy using Zendesk, Slack, Salesforce; previous experience is a bonus.
