Department: Metro CP Hunter – Charlestown NSW is recruiting for a Service Support Manager to lead a team providing administration support and site management across several NSW locations. The role reports to DCJ and focuses on delivering high-quality, client-centered services in Customer Service Centres.

The position requires strong organisational skills, the ability to work under pressure, and a proactive approach to improving processes and staff development.
