Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in customer service and administrative roles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Proactively monitor customer jobs, manage delays, and record jobs in the CRM.
• Order parts and dispatch to customers and engineers.
• Collaborate with service team to ensure pre-delivery checks.
• Generate service quotes and provide pricing information.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and customers.
• Close and invoice completed jobs in a timely manner.
• Manage reporting such as future PM schedules and engineer stock reports.
• Efficiently handle service calls, requests, or queries.
