Schindler Lifts Australia is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead a team of sales consultants and manage Key Service Accounts for Victoria. You will drive customer relationships at operational and management levels to expand business opportunities and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven Sales Management experience in lift/building/construction or services industries.
• Ability to develop a cohesive, high performing sales team and maintain customer relationships.
• Strong communication, influencing and presentation skills are critical.
• Preferably a technical background with the ability to sell technical products.

Responsibilities

• Lead the sales team to deliver high-level customer service and achieve financial targets.
• Develop and implement sales growth strategies and execute defined plans.
• Coach and develop direct reports and ensure staff engagement.
• Build and maintain relationships with key personnel from client organisations.
• Drive portfolio growth and secure existing accounts.
