Schindler Lifts Australia Pty Ltd is seeking a Service Sales Manager to lead the Queensland Service Sales team, drive growth across the service portfolio and oversee customer retention, account growth and new business development.

This highly visible leadership role combines people leadership, customer engagement and commercial accountability, with a focus on building strategic relationships and delivering service excellence across client portfolios.

We are currently seeking an experienced Service Sales Manager to lead our Queensland Service Sales team and drive growth across our service portfolio.

About the Role

As the Service Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance of the Queensland service sales portfolio.

You will lead a team of Service Sales Consultants, develop key customer relationships, and implement strategies that drive contract retention, recurring revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and market expansion.

This is a highly visible leadership role that combines people leadership, customer engagement, and commercial accountability.

Key Responsibilities

About You

We are looking for a commercially minded sales leader who understands the importance of relationship management and long-term customer partnerships.

You will bring:

• Proven experience leading a sales, account management, customer success, or business development team.
• Strong experience managing service contracts, recurring revenue, or portfolio-based sales.
• Demonstrated success driving customer retention and growth.
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills.
• Strong coaching and leadership capability.
• Commercially astute with strong negotiation and influencing skills.
• Experience in facilities management, building services, lifts, fire, HVAC, commercial property, maintenance services, engineering, or a related industry would be highly regarded.
