Job summary

Schindler Lifts Australia is seeking an experienced Sales & Marketing Manager to join the NSW Service Sales team in Alexandria. You will report to the EI Operations Manager and focus on building customer relationships at operational and management levels to drive business development and satisfaction.

The role offers competitive base pay, 12% super, and opportunities for personal and professional growth within a large global organisation.

Qualifications

• Enthusiastic individual with leadership, sales, communication and influencing skills.
• Degree in a technical or business-related discipline.
• Experience in sales/business development / key account management.
• Previous Account Manager experience in Lift/HVAC/Fire/Security/Electrical/Mechanical/Plumbing.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with key personnel from specific client organisations.
• Management of existing customer relationships and maximising customer satisfaction.
• Development of portfolio growth, achievement of set targets and resecuring existing customer accounts.
• Act as the interface between the customer and regional areas to ensure resolution of any customer issues.
• Ensure compliance to required procedures and behaviours.

Key Accountabilities:
