Schindler Lifts Australia is seeking an experienced Sales & Marketing Manager to join our NSW Service Sales team in Alexandria. The role reports to the EI Operations Manager and focuses on building customer relationships at operational and management levels to drive business development and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Degree qualified in an appropriate technical or business-related discipline.
• Experience in sales/business development / key account management.
• Previous experience as an Account Manager within Lift, HVAC, Fire, Security, Electrical, Mechanical or Plumbing industries.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with key personnel from specific client organisations.
• Management of existing customer relationships and maximising customer satisfaction.
• Development of portfolio growth, achievement of set targets and resecuring existing customer accounts.
• Act as the interface between the customer and regional areas to ensure resolution of any customer issues.
• Ensure compliance to required procedures and behaviours.
