Job summary

Rentokil Initial is seeking an organised Service Planner to join our team in Kewdale on a full-time basis. You will schedule pest control field service activities, load technician visits within set timeframes, and manage paperwork for branch systems.

The ideal candidate has prior experience in a similar role or fast-paced office environment, strong multitasking, and excellent communication. A good knowledge of the Perth area, solid computer skills, and time management are essential.

Responsibilities

• Organise and schedule regular field service activities in Pest control.
• Ensure all Service Technician visits are loaded within set time frames and report variances.
• Organise installations and jobs for completion within time frames.
• Respond to customer enquiries/complaints and arrange non-routine service calls.
• Handle paperwork and routing of documents for entry onto the Branch Contracts System.
• Record daily routines completed by technicians as required.
• Provide management with reports on service state, jobs, customer history, and technician productivity.
• Maintain reporting spreadsheets within timeframes.

Rentokil is looking for an organised Service Planner’s with strong administrative and communication skills to join the team in Kewdale on a full-time basis.

The core responsibilities in this role include:

• Organisation and scheduling of regular field service activities in Pest control


• Ensuring all Service Technician visits are loaded within set time frames and variances from divisional expectations are reported to your line Manager


• Organise installations and jobs for completion within divisional time frames and expectations


• Respond to customer enquiries/complaints on service and where required as well as arrange necessary non-routine service calls


• Deal with all paperwork and administration related to service activities and routing of documents for entry onto Branch Contracts Computer System


• Ensure all daily routines completed by technicians are recorded in accordance with divisional requirements


• Provide ongoing reports requested by management in relations to such items as state of service, jobs, customer service history, specific technician productivity and customer retention


• Maintain reporting spreadsheets within timeframes
