Velocity Truck Centres Australia is seeking an experienced Service Operations Manager to lead national service improvement initiatives across Australia's largest Daimler Truck dealership network. You will shape service standards, and partner with regional and branch leaders to drive performance, customer outcomes and efficiency.

What we're looking for

• Senior leadership experience in service operations, aftersales, automotive, transport, heavy vehicle, industrial or equipment-related environments.
• Experience leading multi-site operations or supporting a geographically dispersed network.
• Strong understanding of workshop operations, productivity, WIP management and service profitability.
• Proven ability to lead change and deliver measurable operational improvements.
• Strong commercial acumen and confidence interpreting operational and financial data.
• A hands-on collaborative style, and a track record of developing capable, accountable teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• A current driver licence and willingness to travel nationally.
