Job summary

Velocity Truck Centres Australia is seeking a Service Operations Manager to shape the future of Service across Australia's largest Daimler Truck dealership network. You will lead national service improvement initiatives, establish operating standards and partner with regional and branch leaders to improve performance and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience leading multi-site operations or a geographically dispersed network.
• Strong understanding of workshop operations, productivity, WIP management and service profitability.
• Proven ability to lead change and deliver measurable operational improvements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• A current driver licence and willingness to travel nationally.
