Job summary

Harrison Barratt Group is seeking a capable Service Coordinator to manage day-to-day service operations for a fire protection/building services contractor. You will coordinate technicians and schedule maintenance, handle service requests and keep customers informed throughout the process.

Key responsibilities include liaising with customers and technicians, raising work orders, and assisting with quotes and job follow-ups while maintaining accurate records and ensuring on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating service technicians and scheduling jobs.
• Experience in fire protection, HVAC, Electrical or building services.
• Strong scheduling and coordination skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service.
• Strong attention to detail and time management.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate technicians across service and maintenance jobs.
• Manage incoming service requests and allocate jobs.
• Liaise with customers, technicians and contractors.
• Follow up outstanding jobs and ensure works are completed on time.
• Manage job updates and customer communication.
• Raise and manage work orders.
• Assist with quotes, variations and job follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate job and service records.
• Keep service schedules and compliance requirements up to date.
• Provide general administration and support to the service team.
