Henry’s Plumbing, Electrical & Air Conditioning is looking for a Service Operations Coordinator to help manage the daily flow of our growing service business.

You’ll be the control centre of our operation, coordinating technicians across the day, juggling schedules, solving logistical challenges, and making sure every job has the right people, information, and support to get the job done properly. Your focus is clear: remove roadblocks and keep the team moving to ensure we deliver great service.

The Role

You will be responsible for:

Scheduling and dispatching technicians to make the best use of each day

Managing daily changes, urgent jobs and competing priorities

Keeping technicians informed, supported and productive

Communicating with customers and managing expectations

Coordinating job requirements, access and preparation

Identifying issues early and finding practical solutions
