Job summary

Ultra Tune Bibra Lake is seeking an experienced Service Manager / Workshop Foreman to lead our Bibra Lake service centre. This hands-on leadership role requires taking ownership of daily operations, guiding a small team of technicians and apprentices, and ensuring jobs move efficiently through the workshop.

You will provide quality customer service, manage workflow, prioritise a busy schedule, and apply diagnostic skills to a wide range of light vehicles.

Qualifications

• Previous workshop management or supervisory experience.
• Qualified Light Vehicle Mechanic / Technician.
• Excellent diagnostic and fault-finding knowledge.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise a busy workload.
• Commercial awareness and workshop productivity understanding.

Responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day operation of the workshop and team.
• Allocate jobs, manage workflow and scheduling.
• Diagnose, service and repair a range of light vehicles.
• Provide technical guidance and support to technicians and apprentices.
• Deliver quality customer service and maintain high standards.
• Uphold a safe, compliant and efficient workshop environment.
