Job summary

Automasters Belmont is seeking a results-driven Store Manager to oversee the daily operations, profitability and staff performance of our service location in Perth. You will drive sales growth, manage inventory, uphold safety standards and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

The ideal candidate combines automotive service leadership with strong retail instincts, customer service excellence and local business development skills, with availability Monday to Friday and alternating Saturday

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership within an automotive service environment.
• Sales-focused with a strong background in customer service and performance outcomes.
• Available Monday to Friday with alternating Saturday mornings.
• Current WA driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day running of the workshop and guide the team to meet operational goals.
• Drive results by achieving KPIs and supporting strong sales performance.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers, clients, and suppliers.
• Use your product knowledge to build customer confidence and encourage repeat business.
• Ensure the workshop remains organized, safe, and operating efficiently.
• Maintain compliance with the Quality Assurance System and established service standards.
• Deliver excellent customer service, resolving complaints and vehicle service disputes quickly and professionally.
• Oversee clear and transparent communication between technicians and customers regarding repair timelines and quotes.
