Qualifikationen

• NDIS service management experience, preferably within SIL or complex support.
• Highly organised with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong rostering and workforce planning skills.
• Confident in managing staff and resolving operational issues.
• Experience with NDIS compliance, documentation and audit preparation.
• Proactive, problem-solving and ownership of tasks.
• Relevant qualification in Disability, Community Services, Individual Support or related field.
• NDIS Worker Screening Clearance.
• Blue Card.

Aufgaben

• Oversee day-to-day service operations across allocated participants and SIL homes.
• Ensure services are delivered safely, consistently and in accordance with participant needs.
• Identify operational issues early and implement practical solutions.
• Develop and maintain effective participant and staff rosters.
• Proactively identify and resolve roster gaps.
• Build reliable backup staffing capacity.
• Coordinate recruitment, interviews, onboarding and workforce planning.
• Ensure adequate staffing is available to support service continuity.
• Maintain oversight of participant wellbeing, support delivery and service quality.
• Ensure participant care plans, health plans and support documentation are current.
