RecruitShop seeks a service leader to manage a team of technicians and support staff in a leading international hoist manufacturer. You will oversee repair, maintenance and warranty work, deliver professional after-sales support and drive customer retention.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will manage scheduling, KPIs and customer feedback while ensuring WHS compliance. This is a Monday–Friday role with training and growth opportunities.

Competenze

• Proven experience in a service management or team leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of hoisting equipment, mechanical systems or related industrial products.
• Experience managing WHS compliance and safety culture.
• Experience with job management systems, CRM and service scheduling tools.
• Commercial mindset with confident communication and hands-on leadership.
• Excellent organisational and customer service skills.

Mansioni

• Lead and manage the service function to ensure repair, maintenance and warranty work is done safely and efficiently.
• Provide timely after-sales support to drive customer retention.
• Oversee warranty claims, liaise with suppliers and manufacturers.
• Report KPIs, job completion rates and customer feedback.
• Develop the service team, including technicians and support staff.
• Schedule daily operations, prioritise work and allocate tasks.
• Uphold WHS standards with safety briefings and compliance checks.
