Job summary

Komatsu Australia is seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead the Emerald branch's Service Department. You will oversee a team of service professionals, drive growth, profitability and a strong focus on safety, quality and customer service.

You will report to the Branch Manager and play a key role in developing our people, strengthening customer relationships and achieving service targets and financial performance.

Qualifications

• Experience within the heavy equipment maintenance industry.
• Proven leadership experience, with the ability to lead, coach and develop a service team.
• A strong customer focus and commitment to delivering a high level of customer service.
• Commercial and sales focus, with the ability to identify opportunities to grow the Service Department.
• Experience managing service operations, productivity, WIP, forecasting and financial performance.
• Understanding of financial reports, including revenue, cost of sales and margin optimisation.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• The ability to analyse operational and workplace risks and implement effective solutions.
• A commitment to safety, compliance and continuous improvement.
• Relevant qualifications, certifications or study that support the capability required for the role
