An outstanding opportunity has arisen for an experienced Account Manager or Service Manager to join a highly established and growing electrical services business that employs more than 450 staff nationwide and has ambitious growth plans for the future. With a strong presence in commercial maintenance and exciting expansion plans into the Data Centre sector, the business is seeking a driven Service Manager to lead a key Commercial portfolio across Sydney.
Reporting to the State Manager, you will oversee the delivery of electrical maintenance services across a portfolio of approximately 20+ multi-storey commercial office buildings throughout Sydney. You will be responsible for managing a team of five technicians, ensuring exceptional service delivery, maintaining strong client relationships and driving operational performance across the portfolio.
This position would suit someone currently managing maintenance contracts, service operations or key commercial accounts who is looking to progress into a broader leadership role with significant growth potential.

Key Responsibilities
