You will oversee delivery of electrical maintenance across 20+ multi-storey buildings and manage a five-person technician team, ensuring top-tier service and strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Electrical trade qualification is required.
• Proven experience managing commercial maintenance contracts or service operations.
• Experience leading field-based service teams or technicians.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop relationships with key commercial clients.
• Oversee service delivery across a portfolio of commercial office buildings.
• Lead, mentor and support a team of five Electrical Technicians.
• Coordinate preventative and reactive maintenance programs.
• Ensure compliance with relevant electrical and safety standards.
• Monitor contract performance, service quality and client satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities for additional works and account growth.
• Work closely with senior leadership to support business expansion initiatives.
