Job summary

Commercial Pest & Hygiene Services (CPS) is seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead the Brisbane + NNSW service team of seven technicians. You’ll oversee service quality, field performance and customer satisfaction across key commercial accounts.

This hands-on leadership role requires strong pest control experience, coaching, scheduling, and a commitment to WHS compliance. You’ll recruit, train and develop your team while partnering with our sales colleagues to grow service offerings.

Qualifications

• Strong pest control experience, ideally in commercial environments.
• Proven experience leading or supervising a field-based team.
• Current QLD pest management licence with sensitive/high-risk authorisation desirable.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Sound understanding of compliance, documentation and audit requirements.
• Good organisational skills and comfort using technology (scheduling/pest software a plus).

Responsibilities

• Culture-driven Leadership, coaching and developing your team of pest and hygiene technicians.
• Ensuring services are delivered on time, to standard and in line with contract requirements.
• Working with our scheduling team to manage workloads, routes and productivity.
• Building strong relationships with key customer contacts and resolving issues quickly.
• Supporting customers through site audits and maintaining accurate service records and reporting.
• Conducting quality checks and field audits with your team.
• Driving safe work practices and WHS compliance.
• Recruiting, onboarding and training new technicians.
• Identifying opportunities for additional services and working with our sales team, including visiting clients and potential clients.

The role

We're looking for an experienced Service Manager to lead our growing Brisbane + NNSW service team of seven technicians. Reporting to our National Service Manager, you'll be responsible for service quality, team performance and customer satisfaction across a portfolio of commercial accounts.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who knows pest control, knows how to get the best out of a field team, and takes pride in delivering what we promise to our customers.

What you’ll be doing
