Job summary

The After School Klub is recruiting a Service Leader for Camdenville Public School. This permanent, part-time role offers 30 hours per week, with split morning and afternoon shifts, Monday to Friday. You will lead Educators, build strong school-family relationships, and manage programming for before/after school and vacation care.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in OOSH, childcare or education.
• A Certificate III (or higher) in Children's Services, Education, or related field is preferred.
• A valid WWCC and First Aid (HLTAID012) is required.
• Completed Gecko Foundations of Child Safety Training.
• Positive, can-do attitude and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a team of Educators within the school.
• Build strong relationships with families and the school community.
• Oversee day-to-day operations and programming for before/after school care and vacation care.
• Ensure compliance with NQF standards and TASK policies.
• Assist with administrative duties alongside the Service Manager.

This is a permanent, part-time Service Leader role offering 30 hours per week, consisting of primarily split shifts in the mornings and afternoons Monday to Friday. You'll have a meaningful chance to lead with compassion, offering top-tier support to children and their families.

You will be responsible for:

• Leading and supporting a team of dedicated Educators within your school
• Building strong relationships with families and the school community
• Supporting the day-to-day operations and programming of before and after school care and vacation care
• Ensuring compliance with NQF standards and TASK policies
• Working closely with your Service Manager, supporting and assisting with administrative duties
• Creating a fun, inclusive, enriching and safe environment for children
