Job summary

TASK on the Central Coast is seeking a Service Leader for our before and after school care program. This permanent, part-time role offers a minimum of 20 hours per week, 2pm to 6pm, Monday to Friday, with extra hours during the holiday program at Erina Heights.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in OOSH, childcare or education.
• Demonstrated leadership skills to run a service and mentor a team.
• Availability every weekday afternoon, 2pm–6pm, is essential.
• WWCC in place or eligible.
• First Aid (HLTAID012) and CPR in education setting is required.

What we’re looking for:

You're a motivated, passionate leader who truly cares about making a difference. Experience is essential here, and a childcare qualification is desirable rather than required. You have:

• Hands‑on experience in OOSH, childcare or education
• The leadership skills and enthusiasm to run a service and bring a team with you
• Availability every weekday afternoon, 2pm to 6pm
• A valid Working With Children Check (WWCC)
• Completion certificate for Foundations of Child Safety Training (GECCKO)
• First Aid (HLTAID012) and CPR in an education and care setting
• Current child protection training
• A commitment to putting child safety and families first
