Job summary

UnitingCare Health Pty Ltd seeks an experienced Service Leader for our 13YARN crisis support line based in Brisbane. This identified role leads the Brisbane team, ensuring culturally safe, high-quality crisis support for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, with strong focus on supervision, recruitment and training oversight.

Qualifications

• Experience leading and developing teams in crisis support or social services.
• Formal education in social work, psychology or related fields, plus TAETAE certification.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, reporting and service performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of the Brisbane service.
• Provide supervision, coaching and rostering oversight to staff.
• Plan and deliver learning and development programs for the team.
• Monitor service performance and coordinate risk, compliance and improvements.
