Job summary

Nielsen Holdings Plc is seeking a data delivery professional to maintain Television Audience Measurement panels and coordinate related activities. You will recruit households and repair imbalances to meet contractual obligations while supporting the data delivery team to ensure timely KPI-compliant data.

You will oversee VOZ data production delivery, perform QA after production system changes, and compile reporting specifications.

Qualifications

• Ability to work under tight deadlines and adapt to changing priorities.
• Strong communication skills across levels of the business.
• Advanced Excel skills and data analysis capabilities.
• Knowledge of statistical concepts.
• Familiarity with Python or SAS (desirable).

Responsibilities

Job Description

To maintain the health of the Television Audience Measurement panels and to co-ordinate related activities to address any imbalances through the appropriate recruitment and repair of households in order to meet contractual obligations.

• Providing support to the data delivery team to ensure daily data delivery according to contractual KPI's and commitments
• Oversee the scheduled data delivery for VOZ production and delivery to clients
• Ensuring quality assurance of product output following changes to production systems
• Perform on-going analysis and review of systems and procedures and identify areas of improvement
• Compile specifications, document processes, and methodologies for internal and external reporting
• Provide ad-hoc reporting to the Executive team and key clients
• Provide ad-hoc statistical and technical support e.g. technical data queries from clients
• Maintain technical documentation and support to third party software suppliers

Qualifications

• Able to work to tight deadlines and adaptable to changes in tasks and projects as required

• Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact with people at all levels
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
• Sound knowledge of statistical concepts
• Python or SAS package knowledge (desirable)
• Intermediate knowledge of Tableau
