Job summary

Nielsen Australia is seeking a detail-driven data professional to maintain the health of Television Audience Measurement panels and coordinate activities to address imbalances via recruitment and repair of households, ensuring contractual obligations are met.

You will support the data delivery team for daily data delivery, oversee scheduled VOZ production data to clients, and QA outputs after production system changes. Strong Excel, statistical knowledge, and Tableau skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in supporting client deliverables.
• Able to work to tight deadlines and adaptable to changes in tasks and projects as required.
• Promote and be a driving influence of a quality culture within the business.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact with people at all levels.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Sound knowledge of statistical concepts.
• Python or SAS package knowledge (desirable).
• Intermediate knowledge of Tableau.

Responsibilities

• To maintain the health of the Television Audience Measurement panels and to co-ordinate related activities to address any imbalances through the appropriate recruitment and repair of households in order to meet contractual obligations.
• Providing support to the data delivery team to ensure daily data delivery according to contractual
• Oversee the scheduled data delivery for VOZ production and delivery to clients
• Ensuring quality assurance of product output following changes to production systems
• Perform on-going analysis and review of systems and procedures and identify areas of improvement
• Compile specifications, document processes, and methodologies for internal and external reporting
• Provide ad-hoc reporting to the Executive team and key clients
• Provide ad-hoc statistical and technical support e.g. technical data queries from clients
• Maintain technical documentation and support to third party software suppliers
