Goodwe has a dedicated team for Australia and New Zealand and are looking for a Junior Engineer to join the team, in-line with the company growth. This position is flexible in Australia with periods working from home and occasional travel. This role would suit a recent university graduate or someone early in their career and looking for a position that could grow over time.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for the tele- and on-site technical support and post sales support.
• Commissioning, troubleshooting, firmware/hardware updating of PV string, Hybrid / storage inverter and BESS.
• Reporting and following up with head office in relation to product failure with clear descriptions.
• Evaluating PV plant performance by studying operation data on a regular basis.
• Pro-actively work with installers & retailers and provide them best-in class customer experience.
• Regular follow-ups on the technical issues and build a healthy relationship with installer & retailers.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor degree or above: must be electrical or electronics background.
• Preferred minimum 1 year of working experience in the solar industry especially dealing with product trouble shootings.
• Strong ability to analyse and solve problems independently.
• Reliable and self-motivated.
• The ability to learn new technologies quickly.
• Strong Microsoft office skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• A friendly, positive and customer-driven attitude.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
