Job summary

Professional Search Group is seeking a Level 2 Service Desk Officer in Perth's eastern suburbs to support end-users with day-to-day IT needs. You will diagnose and resolve issues, document requests, and collaborate with the IT team on solutions.

The role requires MSP experience, strong Office 365/AD knowledge, and a customer-focused, can-do attitude. Monday–Friday, standard business hours, on-site position with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar Level 2 IT support role.
• Knowledge of Office 365 and Windows Active Directory.
• Strong communication skills and professional phone manner.
• Ability to prioritise tasks to meet SLAs.
• Willingness to learn and grow into more senior roles.
• Strong documentation and independent work skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide first and second line technical support to end-users.
• Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues.
• Document and track support requests; update tickets.
• Collaborate with IT team to implement solutions.
• Manage Office 365, Exchange, Intune, AD, SharePoint tasks.
• Assist Level 1 support as needed.

The Role:

As a Level 2 Officer, you'll be at the forefront of their IT support team, assisting their clients with their day-to-day technical needs.

Your responsibilities include:

• Providing first and second level technical support to end-users.
• Troubleshooting and resolving IT-related queries and issues.
• Documenting and tracking support requests.
• Collaborating with the IT team to find solutions.
• Office 365 – Exchange – INTUNE – Conditional access – sharepoint administration
• AD
• Networking – Layer 2 -3 - TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP
• Wireless
• Windows Server – Hyper-V and VMWARE
• Onsite MGMT – installs – setups
• Assist Level 1
• MSP experience is a must
• 3CX nice to have
• Fortinet skills nice to have
• Can do attitude
• Ideally using Connectwise PSA – screen connect
