CentorrinoTechnologies (CT) is seeking a Service Desk Analyst to join our Service Continuity Team in Western Australia. We’re a community that values collaboration, accountability, and delivering high-quality customer support.

You’ll handle inbound calls, troubleshoot with internal teams, and log tickets in ConnectWise, taking ownership through to resolution. NV1 Security Clearance is required for this role. Hybrid working is offered with team anchor days to support collaboration.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• NV1 security clearance is required.
• Willingness to learn and grow; IT basics preferred.
• ITIL knowledge or IT certifications are a bonus, not required.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls with prompt, friendly support.
• Troubleshoot issues independently or with internal teams.
• Provide timely updates to customers.
• Log and manage tickets in ConnectWise from first contact to resolution.
• Collaborate in a supportive team focused on quality outcomes.
