Job summary

Centorrino Technologies (CT) is seeking a Cloud & Systems Engineer to design, deploy, and support secure cloud solutions for enterprise and government clients in Canberra. You’ll work across Azure, M365, AVD, and hybrid environments, delivering 2nd/3rd line support and implementing infrastructure as code to ensure repeatability and compliance.

Ideal candidates have proven Cloud Administration experience, strong Azure expertise, and the ability to obtain Australian Government security clearance.

Qualifications

• Experience as Cloud Administrator or IT Support Engineer in MSP/enterprise.
• Strong knowledge of Azure IaaS/PaaS/SaaS and hybrid work environments.
• Eligibility to hold or obtain an Australian Government security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy and manage secure, scalable cloud-based solutions using Microsoft Azure and related technologies.
• Deliver 2nd and 3rd level support across ICT systems and services.
• Troubleshoot and manage core infrastructure components including AD, Azure AD, M365, AVD, Windows Server.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Bicep) to maintain configuration control and repeatability.
• Monitor, tune and optimise system performance for availability and compliance.
• Own issues end-to-end from first report to resolution and keep stakeholders informed.
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to resolve escalated incidents.
• Stay ahead by researching and recommending emerging technologies and service improvements.
