Job summary

Estia Health is seeking a Service Desk Analyst for a 12-month maternity cover in Melbourne. You will deliver technical support for desktops, laptops, software, phones and peripherals, log incidents in the ITSM tool, and ensure timely responses within SLAs.

Training users and basic equipment maintenance are part of the role. The role requires minimum 2 years in a similar IT Service Desk position, strong Windows troubleshooting, and solid knowledge of Office 365.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in a similar IT Service Desk role.
• Experience with PCs, printers, software and information security systems.
• Strong Windows troubleshooting and Office 365 knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, software, phones and peripherals.
• Log requests and incidents in the ITSM tool and respond within SLAs.
• Assist in operation and maintenance of shared equipment and training users.
• Provide after hours support on a rotational weekly basis.
