Job summary

Perigon Group Pty Limited in Sydney is seeking a Service Delivery Manager to lead end-user computing and service delivery across a growing financial services organisation. Reporting to the CTO, you will build a high-performing team and drive maturity of technology services.

You'll collaborate with senior stakeholders, optimize processes, and scale services as the business grows. The role combines strategic thinking with hands-on leadership in Microsoft 365, Intune, Entra ID and modern workplace

Qualifications

• Proven leadership across Service Delivery, EUC or IT Operations.
• Strong experience with Microsoft 365, Intune, Entra ID and modern workplace technologies.
• Passion for coaching and empowering technical teams.
• Strong stakeholder management with a customer-first mindset.
• Able to balance strategic thinking with hands-on leadership.

Reporting to the CTO, this Service Delivery Manager role is responsible for leading end-user technology services across a growing financial services organisation. You'll oversee service delivery, end-user computing, workplace technology and stakeholder engagement, while developing a high-performing team and driving service maturity across the business.

This is an opportunity for an experienced leader who enjoys building capability, improving customer experience and creating services that scale alongside business growth. You'll work closely with senior stakeholders, influence technology decisions and play a key role in shaping how technology services are delivered across the organisation.
