Job summary

Trapeze Group, part of Modaxo, is seeking a Service Delivery Manager to lead the ONG Bus System service management for NSW. You will align project delivery with BAU operations, applying ITIL practices and driving continuous improvement across stakeholders and platforms.

This role requires coordinating transition activities, maintaining strong governance reporting, and ensuring operational readiness ahead of go-live across Sydney, Macquarie Park, Parramatta, and Sydney CBD locations.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of ITIL frameworks applied in complex multi-stakeholder environments.
• Experience implementing and managing ITSM platforms, especially Jira Service Management.
• Experience supporting project-to-operations transition activities.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the service management framework for the ONG Bus System project.
• Monitor SLAs and KPIs; drive corrective actions to resolution.
• Coordinate transition from project to BAU operations with knowledge transfer and runbook establishment.
• Develop and maintain resilient service processes aligned with contractual requirements.
