Job summary

Trapeze Group in Sydney, Australia, seeks a Service Delivery Manager to lead the ONG Bus System service management across project delivery and live operations. You will coordinate with TfNSW, manage ITSM processes, and drive service quality through structured reporting and continuous improvement.

The role requires on-site work in Sydney with strong ITIL knowledge, stakeholder engagement, and a track record of delivering service improvements in complex environments.

Qualifications

• Experience in service delivery management in technology, transport, or government environments.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL best practices and service management.
• Experience implementing ITSM platforms; Jira Service Management is desirable.
• Willingness to be on-site in Sydney 3–4 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the service management framework for ONG Bus System project.
• Ensure service delivery meets SLAs, KPIs and contractual requirements.
• Lead reporting and reviews with project teams and clients.
• Drive continual service improvement and process optimization.
• Coordinate transition from project to BAU operations.
