Job summary

Chandler Macleod is seeking an experienced Service Delivery Team Leader to provide leadership, strategic direction and operational oversight within a high-performing team. You will lead complex work delivering quality outcomes across national service delivery functions, manage resources, and drive continuous improvement while aligning with strategic objectives.

You will oversee risk management, stakeholder relationships and reporting to senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team delivering complex service delivery and safeguarding outcomes.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide strategic and operational advice on participant pathways and processes.
• Monitor and manage risks and issues affecting objectives.
• Drive continuous improvement and support business transformation activities.
• Oversee workload allocation, resources, and performance to meet priorities.
• Prepare high-quality reports and recommendations for senior leaders.
• Develop and maintain operational guidance and knowledge resources.
• Represent the Agency in stakeholder forums and negotiations.
• Provide coaching, mentoring and leadership to the team.
• Contribute to strategic planning and safeguarding initiatives.
