Chandler Macleod is recruiting on behalf of a Federal Government agency for a Service Delivery Team Leader. You will lead a safeguarding-focused team, shape operational priorities, and provide expert advice to stakeholders. The role emphasizes risk management, continuous improvement, and staff development.

Locations include Geelong, Wollongong, Parramatta, Robina and Adelaide. A daily rate of 602.55 AUD plus Super applies, with a start in January and an assignment end date of 31 December 2027

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage a team delivering complex service delivery and safeguarding outcomes.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide strategic and operational advice on participant pathways, service delivery processes, and business systems.
• Monitor, identify, and manage risks and issues that may impact organisational objectives.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support business transformation activities.
• Oversee team workload allocation, resource management, and performance to ensure delivery of key priorities.
• Prepare high-quality reports, briefings, and recommendations for senior leaders.
• Lead the development and maintenance of operational guidance, procedures, and knowledge resources.
• Represent the Agency in stakeholder forums and support negotiations where required.
• Provide coaching, mentoring, and leadership to support team capability and performance.
• Contribute to strategic planning, operational assurance, and safeguarding initiatives.
