Datacom in Perth is seeking a Service Delivery Coordinator to ensure contracted services meet client requirements. The role sits within the Service Delivery team and involves acting as the single point of contact for customers, coordinating delivery activities, and aligning expectations with service levels.

You’ll have about 1 year of IT experience, familiarity with ITIL, and strong communication. Hybrid work is supported; Perth-based, not fully remote.

Qualifications

• Approximately 1 year of IT experience within an IT managed services environment.
• Knowledge of ITIL frameworks and service delivery concepts.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with strong customer focus.
