Royal Automobile Club of WA Inc. in West Perth is seeking a Service Delivery Manager to advance IT service management, governance, and resilience across the technology landscape.

You will lead ITSM specialists, manage the CMDB, drive CPS230 compliance and reporting, and push automation initiatives while partnering with Cyber Security, Risk, Governance and Operations. Flexible hybrid work from home or office in Australia.

Competenze

• Proven experience leading ITSM in a large, complex organization.
• Strong governance, risk and compliance delivery and reporting.
• Experience with CPS230 regulation and operational resilience obligations.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and leadership of cross-functional teams.
• ItIL certification and tertiary qualifications preferred.

Mansioni

• Lead and enhance RAC’s ITSM framework, governance, and performance reporting.
• Head ITSM Process Specialists and Technical Writing teams for maturity and knowledge management.
• Oversee CMDB governance, asset visibility and service relationships.
• Ensure CPS230 compliance through governance, controls and data integrity.
• Lead Major Incident Management with post-incident reviews and continuous improvement.
• Drive automation and AI-enabled capabilities to optimise workflows.
• Develop service management strategy, roadmaps and metrics.
• Collaborate with Cyber Security, Risk, Governance, Architecture and Operations.
