Job summary

MSS Security is seeking an experienced Security Operations Manager to oversee operations across multiple high-profile client sites. This hands-on leadership role manages a team of about 80 security personnel, ensuring performance, safety, and service delivery.

You will maintain client relationships, conduct site visits, audits, and address incidents, while coaching staff and ensuring compliance with security procedures. Monday–Friday schedule with ample development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Security Manager or Security Supervisor with proven leadership and people management experience.
• Strong communication and client management skills.
• Sound knowledge of security operations and procedures.

MSS Security is looking for an experienced Security Operations Manager to oversee security operations across multiple high-profile client sites in the Huntingwood region. This is a hands-on leadership role managing a team of approximately 80 security personnel, with responsibility for operational performance, client relationships and service delivery.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience as a Security Manager, Security Supervisor or similar with proven leadership and people management experience
• Strong communication and client management skills
• Sound knowledge of security operations and procedures
• Must be and Australia Citizen
• Current Australian security licence
• Current Australian driver's licence
• Security clearance desirable, but not essential (must be able to obtain)
