As a Senior Building Consultant, you will be the first point of reference to provide technical guidance to our clients and the wider team, through thorough building inspections and translating these findings into detailed technical building reports.
The Building Consultant responsibilities includeinspecting and reporting on building related matters, undertaking and/or co-ordinating forensic investigations, providing detailed scope of works and cost estimates, obtaining and reviewing tenders, managing various projects, training and mentoring junior staff, and technical revision of reports prior to them being submitted to the Client.
