  • Manage short-notice absences and arrange replacement personnel as needed.
Client & Employee Liaison
  • Act as a key point of contact for clients regarding rostering issues, service bookings, and staffing requirements.
  • Communicate roster changes and scheduling updates clearly and efficiently to employees.
  • Respond to employee enquiries and support employee welfare.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, employees, and internal stakeholders.
Service Delivery & Quality Assurance
  • Monitor service levels and address issues that may affect service quality or continuity.
  • Identify and resolve rostering discrepancies and service delivery concerns.
  • Maintain accurate records and prepare reports relating to overtime, training, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Payroll & Administration
  • Review payroll exception reports and identify discrepancies.
  • Prepare pay adjustments and maintain accurate payroll documentation.
  • Assist with interpreting applicable Awards, pay rates, and employment conditions.
  • Ensure rostering and payroll information is accurate and up to date.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Demonstrated experience interpreting Awards, pay rates, and employment conditions.
  • Strong computer skills, with experience using rostering software highly regarded.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities under pressure.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach with excellent attention to detail.
  • The ability to work autonomously while contributing positively to a team.
Essential Requirements
  • Full, unrestricted Australian working rights.
