DFP Recruitment is seeking a Recruitment Consultant in Adelaide to manage end-to-end recruitment across temporary, contract and permanent roles. You will source, screen and interview candidates, build talent pipelines and coordinate onboarding while delivering to client requirements.
You will collaborate with government and corporate clients, maintain records and strive to meet placement, activity and revenue targets in a supportive, autonomous environment.

This role offers the opportunity to manage a mix of temporary, contract and permanent recruitment across a broad range of clients and industries. You'll work closely with clients to understand their workforce needs, source and engage high-quality candidates, coordinate recruitment activities and drive vacancies through to successful placement. In addition, you'll manage contractor onboarding and support ongoing workforce management activities.

By understanding your clients, responding quickly and consistently providing quality talent, you'll develop trusted relationships that lead to repeat business and lasting partnerships.
