Job summary

Drakes Supermarkets in Adelaide is seeking a hands-on supervisor to lead a team in our fresh foods department, with a passion for excellent customer service and a flair for merchandising.

You will oversee ordering, cost control, rostering, and staff development, while maintaining WHS standards and liaising with management to tailor store offerings to local customers.

Qualifications

• Fresh food retail knowledge required.
• Bakery experience preferred, qualifications not essential.
