PYBAR Mining Services Pty in Hillgrove, NSW, is seeking experienced Service Crew members to support underground operations on a FIFO/DIDO roster with meals and accommodation provided.

This role offers a 14 days on, 14 days off cycle and a clear path to develop practical mining skills within a safe, high‑performing team dedicated to safe production. Candidates with underground service crew experience and relevant licences will join a safety‑driven culture that recognises commitment to training.

Qualifications

• Previous underground experience in service crew roles (Essential).
• Valid C Class Manual Driver's Licence (Essential).
• Working at Heights Certificate (Beneficial).
• NSW Explosives Security Clearance (Beneficial).
• Ability to meet all site access requirements (Medical, D&A, NPC, valid Licence).
• Strong commitment to safety.

Responsibilities

• Support underground service crew operations and ensure safe, reliable performance.
• Conduct tasks in line with site procedures and safety standards.
• Adapt to 14 days on / 14 days off FIFO/DIDO roster requirements.

THE OPPORTUNITY

PYBAR are seeking experienced Service Crew members to join our growing team at Hillgrove, NSW. This is a great opportunity to learn from experienced mining professionals, develop your skills, and contribute to a high-performing team.

This position is offered on a FIFO/DIDO basis with meals and accommodation provided.

You’ll play a key part in supporting our underground operations, gaining valuable skills and knowledge to grow your mining career.

ROSTER & LOCATION:

• Full-time position on a 14 days on, 14 days off roster.
• This position is best suited to candidates who are either located within 300kms of Armidale or are located near major capital cities on the East Coast of Australia.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED

• Previous Underground experience in service crew roles (Essential)
• Valid C Class Manual Drivers Licence (Essential)
• Working at Heights Certificate (Beneficial)
• NSW Explosives Security Clearance (Beneficial)
• Ability to meet all site access requirements (including, but not limited to, Medical, Drug and Alcohol test, NPC, & valid Driver's Licence)
• A strong commitment to safety
