Job summary

PYBAR Mining Services Pty is seeking experienced Leading Hand Service Crew members for Hillgrove, NSW, on a FIFO/DIDO basis with meals and accommodation provided.

You will lead underground service crew operations, contribute to a high-performing team, and grow your mining career while meeting site access and safety requirements on a 14/14 roster. This role invites experienced professionals to advance within a safety-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Underground service crew experience is essential.
• Valid C Class Manual Drivers Licence is essential.
• Working at Heights Certificate is beneficial.
• NSW Explosives Security Clearance is beneficial.
• Ability to meet site access requirements including medical, D&A tests and NPC.
• Strong commitment to safety.

THE OPPORTUNITY

PYBAR are seeking experienced Leading Hand Service Crew members to join our growing team at Hillgrove, NSW. This is a great opportunity to learn from experienced mining professionals, develop your skills, and contribute to a high-performing team.

This position is offered on a FIFO/DIDO basis with meals and accommodation provided.

You'll play a key part in leading our underground operations, gaining valuable skills and knowledge to grow your mining career.

ROSTER & LOCATION

• Full-time position on a 14 days on, 14 days off roster.
• This position is best suited to candidates who are either located within 300kms of Armidale or are located near major capital cities on the East Coast of Australia.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED

• Previous Underground experience in service crew roles (Essential)
• Valid C Class Manual Drivers Licence (Essential)
• Working at Heights Certificate (Beneficial)
• NSW Explosives Security Clearance (Beneficial)
• Ability to meet all site access requirements (including, but not limited to, Medical, Drug and Alcohol test, NPC, & valid Driver's Licence)
• A strong commitment to safety
