Job summary

A&L Windows & Doors is seeking a Service Coordinator at our Stapylton site in Queensland. You’ll support the service team, coordinate warranty claims and ensure service jobs are accurately entered and progressed to completion.

Working Monday to Friday, 7:30am – 4:00pm, you will liaise with homeowners, technicians and internal staff, manage SAP-based jobs, and maintain precise records to help us deliver timely invoicing and exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, administration, service coordination or sales support.
• Strong organisational skills; ability to juggle multiple priorities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Teams; SAP experience is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Booking and coordinating ongoing warranty jobs following technician visits.
• Entering, updating and managing service and warranty jobs in SAP.
• Liaising with homeowners, sales teams, technicians and internal departments.
• Contacting customers to arrange appointments and provide updates on claims.
• Managing ongoing service jobs and meeting required timeframes.
• Responding to customer enquiries and troubleshooting service issues.
• Maintaining service documentation, spreadsheets and records.
• Using SAP daily, alongside Excel/Outlook/Teams to communicate with customers.
• Supporting completion of service jobs to achieve invoicing targets.
