Abundance Healthcare Group is seeking an motivated NDIS Service Coordinator to help participants implement their plans and grow business partnerships in Sydney. You will coordinate high-quality, person-centred supports, while ensuring compliance with NDIS standards.

You will build referral networks, deliver outreach and presentations, and drive growth through partnerships with participants, families, and referrers. A strong strategic mindset and the ability to work autonomously are essential.

Qualifications

• NDIS experience: minimum 2 years and understanding of NDIS compliance.
• Knowledge of ethical standards in disability services.
• Ability to coordinate person-centred supports for participants.

Responsibilities

• Drive business growth and partnerships within the NDIS sector across Sydney.
• Build strong relationships with participants, families, Support Coordinators, LACs, and referrers.
• Promote NDIS services to generate referrals and participant engagement.
• Deliver outreach, networking, and presentations to support growth initiatives.
• Track market trends and identify new opportunities.
• Work with internal teams to ensure high-quality, compliant service delivery.
• Meet business growth targets and KPIs in line with NDIS requirements.
• Strong commitment to achieving positive outcomes for people with disability.
