We are looking for a passionate and experienced Service Coordinator to join our team in Coffs Harbour, NSW on a full-time basis. As a Service Coordinator, you will play a key role in connecting customers with high-quality support services while leading and mentoring a dedicated team. You will help empower people with disability to live with dignity, choice, and independence, ensuring services are tailored to individual needs and goals.
No two days are the same. You will build strong relationships with customers, families, support networks, and community stakeholders across the Coffs Harbour region, working collaboratively to deliver positive outcomes. From supporting your team to solve challenges, driving service excellence, and helping customers make the most of their funding, you'll be at the forefront of creating meaningful and person-centred experiences.

About The Role
As a Service Coordinator, you won’t just manage day-to-day operations, you’ll be part of a vibrant local team that keeps services running smoothly and people at the centre of every decision. You will be coordinating supports, guiding rosters, backing your staff and helping customers feel confident, connected and well supported, all in line with the NDIS Quality and Safeguarding Framework. You will work closely with the Service Manager and local team.
