An exciting opportunity to join our team on a casual basis in Frankston.
We are seeking an experienced Service Coordinator who can provide supervision to Support at Home program Community Support Workers (CSW), as well as providing high-level administration support and service coordination to the Support at Home Participants. In this role, you will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a high quality of service is arranged and provided in accordance with the BSL Participant needs and preferences.
Salary: $41.09655 - $42.28116 per hour plus 25% casual loading based on skills and experience plus 12% superannuation (pro-rata for part‑time employment)
